Product-based warranty
Proof needed for replacements1) Refunds
- All sales are final unless we clearly state otherwise.
- Because products are digital, we cannot "take them back" once delivered.
- In most cases we offer fixes or replacements instead of refunds.
2) Warranty
Warranty durations depend on the product you buy.
- Spotify-style premium accounts: for example 1 week warranty unless stated differently.
- FA / streaming / AI service accounts (e.g. ChatGPT, YouTube tools): custom warranty window per product.
- Nitro or similar token-based items: short warranty (for example 1 hour) to activate them correctly.
3) Verification for replacements
- To replace an invalid code or account we may ask for proof (for example a short screen recording).
- If your PayPal is limited, blocked or flagged after the purchase, we can't refund or replace.
- If the supplier we use scams us or disables stock, we can't process refunds beyond what they allow.
4) Usage & Conduct
- No warranty if there is a wave revoke or mass ban by the original platform.
- If you change logins, e-mails or security data of a delivered FA account, warranty usually ends.
- If you share, resell or leak our products, we may remove your access without refund.
- If your own payment account or Discord gets banned for unrelated reasons, we are not responsible.
- Buying from EnchantedShop means you accept all of these terms.
5) Limitations
- All products are for educational and portfolio purposes only.
- We are not responsible for how you use any service or account in real-world scenarios.
- You are fully responsible for following the terms of Discord, Spotify, Netflix, and all other platforms.
6) Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms at any moment.
- Continuing to buy or use the store means you accept the latest version.
7) Liability
- If you are the rightful owner of any brand / service we reference and want it removed, contact us and we will comply.
- EnchantedShop is a demo / portfolio project; nothing here is meant as an official partnership with any platform.
